The terms for this website. The product itself is governed by a signed master services agreement, not by this page.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for the Cura Connect product itself, which is covered by a separate written master services agreement and operator agreement between Industrial Growth Hub (Pty) Ltd and the customer. Where the two differ for a customer, the signed agreement wins.
Use of this site
You may read, print and share this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, misrepresent its contents, or present it as your own.
Information here is provided for general information. We keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current, and nothing on it forms an offer or a binding commitment.
The demonstration on this site
The capture demonstration on the home page is a simulation. It is a scripted animation of the interaction, labelled as such. It does not access your microphone, it recognises no speech, and it is not a benchmark of accuracy.
Timings, confidence scores and record numbers shown in it are illustrative. Real accuracy depends on the site, the noise, the headset and the vocabulary, and is only meaningful when measured on a customer's own operation.
Statements about the product
Cura Connect is in active development. This site says so plainly in its "Where we are" section. Statements about capabilities that are marked as roadmap, in build, or next, are statements of current intent and not commitments to deliver by any date.
We publish no accuracy figures because we quote none that were not measured on a customer's site. Where a figure is ever published, its source and measurement conditions are published with it.
Safety limitations, and this one matters
Cura Connect records observations. It does not make safety decisions. It is designed to refuse, and does refuse, any request for a ruling on isolation, lock-out, permits to work, gas readings, ventilation clearance, ground conditions, medical questions, or anything phrased as whether something is safe. Those are escalated to a named human.
It is not a substitute for a competent person, a risk assessment, a permit system, statutory inspection, or emergency response. It must never be relied on as the basis of a safety decision, and no part of this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
Customers remain responsible for their own legal duties, including those under the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code, marks and the name Cura Connect belong to Industrial Growth Hub (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. The Cura Connect name is used in commerce in South Africa; trade mark status is [PENDING, see legal]. Other names on this site belong to their owners and are referred to only for identification.
Third-party services
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and one library from Cloudflare. Links to Cura Hub and Industrial Growth Hub lead to sites we operate; any other outbound link is provided for convenience and we do not control its contents.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Growth Hub (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Liability in respect of the product is dealt with in the signed agreement, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
